Super73 has received reports of 21 incidents related to loose retaining pins or brake failures, resulting in one minor injury.
Owners of the affected models are urged to discontinue using the e-bikes immediately and contact Super73 for a free repair kit. The company is offering a new retaining pin and will cover up to $50 for professional installation services. To claim reimbursement for installation costs, customers need to submit their receipts to Super73.
