ShockStop significantly enhances your ride quality without compromising steering response or detracting from your bike’s aesthetics. Through the sophisticated PurePivot design, the front wheel can navigate uneven terrains, while the elastomers within the shaft gently cushion your hands. The robustly forged aluminium components resist torsion, allowing for effortless uphill rides or cycling by the lake.
The limited range of motion delivers the perfect level of shock absorption without affecting the geometry or handling of your bike. The experience? In a word: smooth. Vibrations on rough surfaces are virtually eliminated and shocks from potholes and cracks are significantly muted.
ShockStop comes with five different elastomers, each tailored for specific ride conditions, allowing you to fine-tune your cycling experience. COMPATIBILITY
ShockStop is compatible with most racing, hybrid, and triathlon bikes. If your bike features a threadless shaft, it can be easily replaced. For bikes equipped with a Flyspring shaft, a separate adapter will be necessary. Steering wheel shaft diameter (fork) is 28.6mm and handlebar clamp diameter is 31.8mm.
Please note: handlebars that are tilted towards the rider may limit the effectiveness of the suspension system. ShockStop is not recommended for handlebars with a hand position (handle) more than 25mm behind the handlebar clamp.
